Instructions
- Choose the American Commodore Tuxedo location where the wedding is registered; If you are uncertain of the location, please contact the bride or groom before entering this form.
- Use this form and submit your measurements to American Commodore Tuxedo electronically, or call in your measurements to the store which you will be picking up tyour formal wear. A $25.00 online deposit is required and will be directly applied to your tuxedo rental package.
- Arrive at the American Commodore Tuxedo location that you have chosen for your final fitting, at that time you will pay your balance, try on and inspect your tuxedo and if all is acceptable, you will be on your way.
